Your consultation will take place in The Little Reiki Room, a peaceful garden retreat which provides a feeling of privacy and safety.
You will have the opportunity to provide information on specific issues that you would like to address, or you can simply opt to focus on improving your overall relaxation and well being.

Ultimate relaxation, Ideal for your first Reiki Session
Ideal for your first visit to The Little Reiki Room. I will complete a full consultation to get a solid understanding of areas you may be feeling "stuck" and what you want to achieve from the session.
Healing energy is directed around your body based on issues discussed during your consultation and my own intuition, all while you relax on a comfortable plinth and take some time for yourself.
When the session is finished, you will have time to sit and discuss your session with me. I will advise on any blockages found and answer any questions you may have.
You will be provided with a glass of crystal infused water to enjoy, while you sit and acknowledge the impact of your session and how you are feeling.
This helps you feel grounded and centred as you prepare to leave the sanctuary of the Reiki Room and rejoin the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
45 Minute Power Session
£30
An express session to give you the boost you need
If you have had a previous reiki session at The Little Reiki Room you can opt for a power session, where I focus on a pre-identified area or issue.
This express session can give you just the boost you need to help increase energy levels, make you feel relaxed and mentally and emotionally more balanced.
The session will end with a glass of Crystal infused water while you reflect on the sensations experienced.
30 Minute Distance Reiki
£25
For those times when you cannot make it to the The Little Reiki Room
If you are a regular visitor and you cannot attend The Little Reiki Room in person, but feel you need the uplift that Reiki energy provides you can book a distance session.
Book a time when you will be undisturbed and can fully relax and recieve the energy.
I will attend The Little Reiki Room, spend some time meditating to tap into your energy field and send you healing Reiki which you will feel soothing your body just as if you were here in person.
